Start Badly is a digital product: a PDF book and five accompanying PDF tools. Nothing physical is shipped. Access is delivered by download link immediately after payment.
The price is shown in US dollars at checkout and is a single payment. There is no subscription, no renewal and nothing to cancel. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store card details.
Your download link appears as soon as payment is confirmed and is also sent to the email address you use at checkout. If it doesn't arrive or doesn't work, email humanprotocolbooks@gmail.com and we'll fix it.
We offer a 24-hour guarantee: if the book isn't right for you, email us within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Our Refund Policy sets out the detail. Outside that window we review requests case by case.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use the material for your own non-commercial purposes.
Start Badly is educational. It does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition, and it is not a substitute for assessment or care from a qualified professional. If you are struggling, speaking to a doctor is a more useful step than any protocol in this book.
