Refund Policy

The 24-hour guarantee

We would rather you had your money back than kept a book that didn't help. Email humanprotocolbooks@gmail.com within 24 hours of your purchase and we'll refund it in full.

One request, and it's optional: tell us in a sentence what didn't work. It's the only way the next edition gets better. No form, no conditions, no hoops.

How the refund happens

Refunds are processed by hand through Stripe, our payment provider. Once we have your email:

• We match it to your purchase using the address you used at checkout.
• We issue the refund through Stripe.
• The money typically reaches your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

After 24 hours

Because this is a digital product delivered instantly, and because this is a small independent operation, requests outside the 24-hour window are reviewed individually rather than guaranteed. We're still happy to hear from you - write to us and we'll do what we reasonably can.

Things we'll always fix, whenever they happen

• Your download didn't arrive - we'll resend it.
• Your link stopped working - we'll issue a new one.
• You got the wrong file - we'll correct it straight away.
• You were charged twice - we'll refund the duplicate immediately.
